What's included

The full scope of a Shopify build.

3Hi handles the full scope of a Shopify build: theme development, custom sections, app integrations, and the tracking setup that makes your data usable after launch.

  • Theme development and design

Every build starts with a proven, premium theme rather than a blank canvas. We customize the theme's Liquid code and build custom sections to match your brand and the features your business needs.

  • Store setup and configuration

We handle collections, navigation, and page structure, and migrate your existing content and products so nothing gets lost in the move.

  • Shopify Plus

We build on Shopify Plus for merchants who need it, including Checkout Extensibility (checkout customization).

  • Platform migration

We migrate stores from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Wix, and WordPress.

  • Tracking and integrations

We set up GA4, server-side tracking, and Conversions API, and connect the apps your store depends on (email, reviews, subscriptions) so your data is accurate from day one.

  • Post-launch support

Every build includes two weeks of monitoring after launch, with the option to move into an ongoing retainer.

Case study

Kodo Kids

Kodo Kids came to us with a site that no longer reflected their brand or supported their mix of B2B institutional buyers and B2C retail customers. We rebuilt the site on a new Shopify theme, redesigned the homepage and product pages around storytelling and conversion, added B2B quote-request and customer segmentation tools, and cleaned up a catalog of more than 3,400 SKUs. Since launch, Kodo Kids has seen a 49% increase in conversion rate.

49% Increase in conversion rate since launch

“A few months ago, I posted looking for support rebuilding and re-theming our Shopify website. I had mapped a myriad of improvements to optimize the site, but I'll be the first to admit, I'm not a web expert. My friend Hannah Howard came to the rescue and connected me with Peter Kalanda. From there, Peter introduced me to Alan Tabor, and the magic really started to happen. Peter and Alan have been instrumental in transforming our site, including a 49% increase in conversion rate since our March launch. And we're just getting started.”

Then make it the store AI recommends.

At the end of every build, we hand everything over and teach your team to run the store, or we stay on as part of your team and manage it for you. When you're ready to grow, our AI visibility plans measure how often ChatGPT, Gemini and other assistants recommend your products, and raise those odds.

FAQ

Shopify development FAQs

What is the difference between Shopify and Shopify Plus?

Shopify Plus is Shopify's enterprise plan, built for higher-volume merchants. It adds features like Checkout Extensibility (checkout customization), higher API limits, and dedicated support, and the license is billed directly by Shopify. We build on both, depending on what your business needs.

Can you customize an existing Shopify store, or do you only build new ones?

Both. We build new stores and work on existing ones: re-theming, custom Liquid sections, new features and Checkout Extensibility. On an existing store we look for the root cause of what isn't working first, so the fix holds.

Can you migrate a store from WooCommerce or Magento?

Yes. We migrate stores from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Wix and WordPress, and move your existing content and products so nothing gets lost in the move.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Every build includes two weeks of monitoring after launch. After that, the choice is yours: we turn everything over and teach your team how to manage the store, or we stay on as part of your team on an ongoing retainer.

Do you handle Shopify SEO?

Every build is set up so search engines and AI assistants can read your store: a clean page structure, accurate product data and structured markup. For ongoing visibility, our AI visibility plans for Shopify brands measure how often ChatGPT, Gemini and other assistants recommend your products, and raise those odds.

Who owns the store and the code when the project is finished?

You do. The store lives in your own Shopify account, and the theme and custom code we build for you are yours. At the end of every project we turn everything over and teach your team how to manage it.

What do you need from us to get started?

A short discovery call, collaborator access to your Shopify store (or your current platform if you're migrating), your brand assets and your product data. If content and photography aren't ready, we can create them; that's one of the things that moves the price.

Are there any industries you don't work with?

We focus on consumer product brands, including baby and kids products and direct-to-consumer ecommerce. If you're not sure you're a fit, book a consultation and we'll tell you straight.
